FORECAST: SDL: FY2014 Outlook Update

Solution Dynamics (SDL) advises that its June result was significantly better
than budget.  As a result the Company's full year forecast is expected to be
around the top end of the previous guidance range of $450,000 to $500,000.

Additionally, June cash collections were strong and SDL finished FY2014 with
a net cash balance of approximately $750,000.

The company expects to report its full year result by mid-August.
