When is the plant being built ? everything else is irrelevant and more spin from management. All this means nothing unless they actually build a plant. Ken and now Ray have promised a lot but have delivered very little to date.
One question Ray...when is construction starting on the plant and how are you funding it ? Everything else is smoke IMO.
