I frankly think the plant will never be built. Wouldn't surprise me at all if in 6-12 months management comes out with another change in strategy announcement and hope they can keep the body on life support for a few more years and suck up fat salaries, holiday in Asia etc.

Remember this company really has done nothing in its many iterations apart from spend shareholders money. Ken and now Ray talk a big game but have never delivered anything but grief for shareholders.
