would the likes of Genesis Energy want to get involved?  They have made clear their intention to source black wood pellets and i don't see anyone else that could supply them.  Genesis is 50% owned by the NZ government.  Foresta had previously flagged a "potential opportunity to partner with the New Zealand Government" (March 2023 quarterly report).  Will the government get involved?
