They seem desperate to get their hands on the $19.5 mill also and keep mentioning acquiring also. Why would you acquire with a strategic partner now at hand to provide a mass of work and allow joint bidding as well?
I have cleaned up on FGE and see it as a $10 stock in 2 years time though so think all will work out for us. The dilution isn't huge and can be moer covered off easily enough by the EPS value the deal can generate.
The article mentions the directors arent sure of themself and I dont think this is too bad. Rather this than them trying to be heroes, biting off more than they can chew and fuking it up badly. They are getting the help and support they need to grow. Many companies break down around this time when growth happens too fast and they can't sustain it.
