Newcrest, in 2011, paid the approximate equivalent of 31c for each FNT share they bought in relation to the Andrewa JV project.
Peter appears to have kept Andrewa for his currently unlisted company as announced prior in the year. With the Muller and Bulago projects as a bare minimum up for Forise’s consideration and FNT spruiking the beginning of a bull gold market in 2018, why then do you think we ended up with Forise paying 1.6c per FNT share?
Anyone? Is their no chance of the FNT board having this $6M cash option as part of a well constructed strategy to bring wealth through synergy?
