The tragedy in all of this is that if people with diabetes 2 would just give up their high carb/high sugar diet, then their glucose and insulin problems would be controlled....no need for dramatic surgical interventions.
the low carb/high fat diet is now recommended in guidelines in certain enlightened countries.
