My view is that at the time of the ASX listing process they considered it unnecessary to have additional reporting as required by SEC registration, and understood that it would ultimately be a necessity as the Company matured the technology through to the FDA submission and beyond.
Now the Company is getting all administration requirements in order for the next phase of its development, being the FDA submission and approval process and into commercialisation.
An exciting time for the Company and us CDI holders
