When FDA approve the device they will no doubt raise capital to accelerate the commercial roll out and possibly re jig the balance sheet, pay out the current debt etc.
The company at that point will be big news in the USA and I expect they may wish to list there.
Seems a logical step to have this ready well in advance.
And they’ll be raising capital at a multiple of the current share price.
