There is no revelevant secondary reporting on this short seller report. No reputable publication followed up or expanded on the report. I wouldn't be surprised if Arcadium will not publish any response, because the allegations are false.
Hunterbrook literally used a supposed photo from a nature reserve in the Puna Atacama with "Lamas" mentioned in the picture description and compared it to a photo supposedly from near the Fenix project of Arcadium to make a point. This is what I call "obvious manipulation of the reader with pictures".
Why should the area around the Fenix project look like a green nature reserve? The whole area, dozens of kilometres in all directions around Fenix, literally almost looks like a dessert. Why are there no exact locations provided by the shortseller? why no map?
It is probably in our best interest that management doesn't waste working hours to issue a lengthy rebuttal. Tesla as a customer is auditing them as pointed out by another poster.
