If this is correct is the bigger picture, MEL will provide gas for Upper Surat Gas Companies to sell in the Highly Populated South East Queensland in Exchange for Upper Surat Gas Companies to Provide Gas for Mel to Sell through LNG's Fisherman's Landing.

May have got this all Wrong but trying to make sense of it.
