    re: Ann: Form 603 - Notice of initial substan... odd move from LNG...I'm somewhat surprised that LNG would use their cash for this purpose...perhaps they need to demonstrate gas supply to move forward with their Gladstone plans. Note DTE (ex Arrow, I Hold DTE) is a substantial holder of LNG
