MEL is heavily undervalued... Todays ANN sends quite a strong signal IMO....
LNG's has cash.... But nowhere near enough to take out MEL.... Last quarter LNG had 24 million in cash.... Strategicaly however something must be up for them to spend 5 million of there capital on MEL...
Potentially the buying could continue....
I half suspect that you will see some sort of terms struck between LNG... MEL... for the supply of gas to an asian buyer...
Finance is likely to be the most difficult issue here???
Fishermans landing is not going to build itself... Nor will MEL be able to deliver gas without signifcant fund raising...
So for LNG to put there money into MEL... I think the path to commercialisation has been chosen... No doubt deals are being brokered behind closed doors already....
