It is always interesting when somoene close to the area buys into a company/project like this. They are probably a lot closer to the action than we are. I doubt that this will be a passive investor. One must assume he isn't buying these for fun.

What could be really intersting is that if he got up to a 19.99% stake and a reasonable merger offer with Otto came about, would his 19.99% be enough to win a vote on the deal.

Or even better, would his 10% be enough in a similar vote. If even a half decent deal comes along for NDO holders they will surely vote with their feet to be part of a stronger merged entity.
