Can't help being a little sceptical hammers about this one. One person with a 10% stake. He did very well from his sale to TAP and could be looking for another "project". He may see an opportunity for a cheap takeover, go private and strip the assets. It's done all the time. After all , he's picked up his intial stake at next to nothing. Sell off most of the assets, sack the board, no spending and count the cash from phase 2 until she just runs dry. Let's hope this isn't another monumental stuff up. Holding so many shares it will be easy to control the sp. Maybe I'm just paranoid but will be watching with interest if he builds on his current stake.
