The only way forward for Shine is to delist. Either PE or the two major shareholders buy it back. Either result will not be good for shareholders.
The major issue which needs to be sorted before then is the interest debt. Shine need to accept it and pay off the balance. Bringing another application will only end in pain for Shine.
