The shares Marin have just disclosed are from the deal with CG1 announced last year. As per a recent T50, CG1 hold the remaining 1.8m shares from that deal.
Looks like CG1 gave Marin these shares as Marin and sons are the people opening the very lucrative doors in the US and they want a big stake.
I would recommend having a look into Steve Marin, he is incredibly powerful in the US, especially Florida.
Marin were issued these shares back in Feb however there was just a delay with issuing the substantial holder notice.
