Sorry - stand corrected. Dismissed in WA for the charges but the CDPP submitted that there was an intention to file an ex officio indictment, for these matters, in New South Wales, so it is still ongoing
Just do a Google search - Peter Dykes Chapmans Capital Mining ASIC and see what pops up.
I am certainly not saying there is any wrong doing on his part. Will let you guys read it and assess - if you are interested at all.
