Having more holders is better for the company in my opinion. If he had started dumping at 2-2.5 cents, would that have been better? No, it would have tanked the price to what, 1.2 cents? Lower? Especially if there was no news of money. We at least have that!
If he dumped at 7-10 cents, especially if the company got there on hype, I think that would be all she wrote, it would probably drop from 10 to 5 (or even further??) with that much volume and then there would be no recovery.

It's sub optimal for 15% of the company to be held by a single person IMO especially during a growth phase. But I dunno, I could be wrong.
