    Oh, I'm not trying to have a go at you mate. I just don't understand where the issue is.
    He has them. They must be sold at some point. Selling a huge chunk of the company is a risk to the share price.

    As a financial consultant surely the risk of having a low number of shareholders is one he is managing and his own personal actions are part of managing it.. ehh?

    I want to understand why you think it sounds strange or concerning, that's all. It seems to me to be a better thing for the company for him not to hold, for there to be more shareholders now, for the dump to happen now when there is money in hand and hype still exists.

    By the metrics you are judging this by I don't see any time where it would be a good time, absent driving the company all the way to being worth a full buyout or something like that.

    Would it not make holders significantly more aggrieved if he dumped 10% of the company right after the first positive yearly report?

    Would it be *less* concerning if he was just selling 100k on market every week at whatever price? Eh? Your criticism applies at every point in time, the action of him selling shares is by default a concerning action..
