I think some here don't really understand what has happened particularly back in July / August this year from memory OVT was facing a cash crunch with all the legal and recovery costs in Malaysia incurred to bring cases against the frauders who stole IOU funds and also to recapitalise the company with fresh cash.
OVT at the time i think needed over $!mil cash to keep the doors open and the only avenue was our backer selling down their existing holdings around i think the 1c mark to cash out and re-enter at a CR to inject the cash into OVT for $1m+ . Unfortunately at the time raising cash was obviously hard for OVT. We can see that even the 0.004c rights issues weren't taken up - many holders here had the opportunity to take it up instead of complaining now.
That was how Clee came about with the circa 300mil shares - which was to help raise badly needed funds at the time.
Now that our cash crunch is behind us with hopefully upwards of $20mil coming into OVT coffers soon we are now in an excellent position just about to launch into US BNPL
