So it turns out he’s the reason I’ve been so upset these past two days! Frustrated~
I don’t know much about OVT’s past, but based on everyone’s comments above, here’s a summary:
Opponents:Major shareholders selling off large amounts of stock when the company is seen as being on an upward trajectory is viewed as a lack of confidence. Since they are insiders, there’s concern about potential risks that outsiders aren’t aware of.
Supporters: 1. OVT went through a phase of financial losses, and Terence stepped in to support the company during tough times. Now that the market is improving, it’s understandable for him to recover his investment; 2. He holds too much company stock, which isn’t necessarily good for a company with promising prospects. Therefore, before OVT fully matures, he needs to reduce his holdings. Taking this step in the early stages of the company’s growth is beneficial for everyone in the long run.

My personal opinion: If OVT’s stock price goes back up, I’ll forgive everything that’s happened over the past two days! But if it turns out to be a conspiracy, I’ll curse them for life, haha~
