Sorry but you are only reading one form. There are two forms on that announcement - a 604 and a 605. The 604 shows him selling what you gave screen shotted. If you scroll down further there is another notice - 605 - that states he is no longer a substantial holding. You need to look at the shares sold on that notice and add that to the 604 to get the total amount of shares sold. Total is 193,750,000.
As to your question of "May I ask you. if you are not interested in the company, why bother to hang around?" - I still have an interest in the company. I have mentioned this many times already. I am involved in the loan given to the company and I also currenlty hold 9M shares, but as I don't consider myself an investor in this company any more, just a trader, I keep my status to not held.
Also I don't understand why you say I am salty. All I have done is state facts. The same facts I used to state as a holder - in those days you didn't seem to mind them.
So, for one last time, I am happy to see the share price increase. it is to my advantage as well, but I thought the reason people come on a forum is to try and garner information about a stock. As there are so many new stock holders now - many of who have admitted they don't know much about the company - I am just posting information that might help them decide what is best for themselves. If posting information is being salty, then I guess I am salty
