Sorry, but there aren't 2 other directors with shares. It is Finran that owns the shares and the two directors listed as holding are Finran employees. As thay are under Finran, the shares held are showing under both their names, but neither hold any shares personally - though again, I agree the strong point is that Keast owns 50M shares.
Also your comment "and clee didn't took this offer either. not sure why.", I mentioned this earlier. Clee could not take up any of the SPP shares because he already held 19% of the company's shares at that stage. So even if he wanted to he was prevented from doing so because of the 20% ownership rule.
Anyway, lets hope Clee and anyone else with substantial holdings has stopped selling for now and we see a bump up in the SP.
