The interview with James did not touch on the fact that Lennox sold 11m shares off at the offer price. But I have to say that I thought that if it looked like a fait accomplis then I should sell as well. SLC have languished in my portfolio for a very long period and I was looking to get rid of them at the first uplift in the SP. If you have other opportunities within the market and a handy profit is right before your eyes it is easy to make such a decision - I was only a whisker away from selling when the legal implications arose and caused me to rethink.
