    The biggest problem is the board I guess and marketing of the project. They don't have a board which can bring on new investors who can drive the SP hence they may be cringing puppets in the hands of top 5. Every share has a bottom but the most important thing is upside. This can stay at these levels for long time. Well the Board is making money.. so all good.
