re: Ann: Form 604-Change of interests of subs... Seems like a very confusing announcement. Share dilution had cause the % holding to drop understandably due to the issuance to KAH recently but it has also sneakily increasing the no. of shares almost 1Milion shares. Was this done recently? I would say they are trying to camouflage the recent buys with this announcement and it had to be recent or else they will fail the continuous disclosure as advocated by ASX rulings.
Note that they never disclosed when they bought those additional shares and at what price.
