Interesting! Not enough you get confirmation of this sort of thing but MAK has been selling. They have disposed of nearly 300k shares during the period of UCL's takeover offer. With UCL's thin buying depth this plainly has the effect of cheaply supressing the UCL price to try and bolster the defence of the takeover.
We wouldn't know but for the fact of MAK being a significant shareholder.
