The reason he is no longer a substantial shareholder is disclosed on the form: because VUL issued more shares on 30/06 and diluted his existing holding to below the 5% threshold. So maybe he’s got just 4.9999999% now as a result of the new capital on issue. I strongly doubt John Hancock has been selling.
