Completely agree with trade2rich,
my take of ab ann is, under Nature of change it says dilution due to new shares. So IMO John still here but no longer a substantial SH due to new shares,his portion of shares no longer meeting substantial holders threshold percentage. I could be really wrong with my take here. Dyor
