Whilst the new CEO doesn't have the most amazing resume possible I'd like to see her performance before passing too much judgement and consider the quality of the entire board and management.
We have ex senior management from Rio Tinto (head of borates IIRC) BHP, Albermarle and Royal Dutch Shell. It's an impressive team when you look at it in its totality.
