Total bollocks.I've said since day one BNPL won't work. Giving unsecured 'free' micro-loans to high risk borrowers is utterly moronic. It didn't work in the free money era. It is guaranteed to fail in a climate of relatively high interest rates and inflation.
Paypal grew to ridiculous levels during the Covid lockdown. It is just returning to a sensible valuation.
