Sub-15x P/E multiple doesn't sound at all demanding for a well-managed, shareholder-value focused, +20% ROE business growing at high, single-digits.

Sure, 20x is not the right multiple, but maybe somewhere between 20x and the current multiple is justified.

Well the next result delivered shows a 5% EPS growth with increased cash outflow as a result of “higher inventories to service improving volumes”

a minor dividend kick too shows a bit of confidence in market conditions.

The next quarterly should be a telling one to see if the inventory levels kick into the EPS growth - 8% or better could well be on the cards.
