Ann: Form 8-K, page-21

My concerns with management laid out chronologically:

August 15th: CEO announces 100 day meeting on September 17th. FDA letter comes before this (Does this explain the insider selling recently?)

September 26th: CEO presents two slides showing expected date of approval on December 27th (Didn’t JC already know that FDA needed more information?)

October 2nd: 8K released without a PR that shows that FDA delays approval by at least 4-6 months.

Australian investors lose first reaction due to after hours release of 8K.

What did the board know, and when did they know it?Why present the original expected date at Cantor presentation?

I want to see a dated letter from FDA.

Will investors pursue litigation due to sudden losses?

Something smells fishy.
