yes the news is not favourable but it’s not that terrible to justify a 20% drop in my opinion - hopefully it will be short lived
regarding timing of the announcement, nothing was published on the SEC before it was released on the ASX - the announcement actually clearly states that
we also didn’t have any selling on Monday on the ASX (small price change on below than average volume)…
whether investors should pay attention to announcements published within trading hours - well it is up to them
