    I'm pretty sure they stated in recent announcements that the plant construction was complete and only NEPA approval required to start , now they saying it's not complete and a new contractor will complete the works under their guidance ???????? Lies Lies and more lies I'd be careful about talking about legal action if I was 5EA management......... GLTAH TT
