Its a $50m shelf. Meaning it is pre approved capital raising without selling the stock. Approval will be there to sell stock when the price is higher or when it is needed.
Not a bad thing for a biotech. I know Dendreon used to do much bigger ones. May not ever be used if a pharma comes on board.
