re: Ann: Form604 Notice of change of interest... To be honest pete11, that's not a big concern for me. The directors hold 10%+, and between M&G, Blackrock & Vanguard they own about 35%. And these guys are continuing to buy more shares. They won't be selling early, the share register is far far more secure than SDL's was when Hanlong got on board. These institutions aren't retail holders and they aren't institutions investing to secure a small arbitrage to a take over offer ala what is happening with SDL. The strength of the register was part of the reason I invested here.
