Impatience... after more than a year you have the well earned right to call it something else... to call it impatience is a undeserved compliment to snail pace management proceeded with regardless of the obstacles in their path.
I'm sure management never informed the market that it would require 18 months of stagnation to complete the deal at the original time of the announcement
