Mr Richard Beazley is a highly experienced mining executive, with over 35 years of experience in strategic, battery metals and industrial minerals with strong expertise in magnetite. He has spent the last five years engaged as a consultant and non-executive director, restructuring and restoring value to various junior mining companies on the ASX.

He was previously Chief Operating Officer at Sandfire Resources Ltd (ASX:SFR) with oversight of the DeGrussa Copper Operation and Monty Underground project. Prior to that was a General Manager and Mine Manager across a range of opencut and underground operations in Australia. This included extensive experience in project development, construction and commissioning including constructing and commissioning the Nelson Bay haematite project in Tasmania for Shree Minerals, which is very similar to the Broula DMS Mine.
