The warrants as of today are not amazing, but seem reasonable. $0.229 total cost of conversion vs $0.133 SP today. But with 5 year expiry and only putting 29% as much capital at risk.
But they were a super bonus for IPO participants as of the day of issue. Only 5% premium and 5 year expiry - people could sell the shares and keep the warrant, or sell the warrant and keep the shares.
The warrants as of today are not amazing, but seem reasonable....
