    HC, isn't this 50K going to prove something? will it not provide enough justification about their planned process?

    I know we want the green flag, but isn't this a good start?

    wasn't EPA always going to be in the running? not sure if this is unexpected...I am trying to find flaws in this ann but I cannot find one...
