Ann: Formal Notification re MDL-QBL.AX, page-213

Well Well how many of you remember CBTIC and its 900k investment in QBL? I have time and again questioned the legitimacy about this and my suspicion has become even stronger now. 4th March 2015 QBL announced about the investment:

Just found that on 22 September 2015 ASIC received an application to deregister the Company under s601AA!!

If both the companies are same then why wasnt it announced by QBL? I guess the delay in the announcements and the recent credit placement is to do with all this. This is going to be interesting!!

I mean guys seriously? Village, Martin and those itsy bitsy supporters must have their feet deep inside this pile of ........!
