@HappyCats and others - I do understand company doesnt need to inform about the status of their investors but given CBTIC was specially brought into the picture around the placement/rights time and CBTIC's bauxite credential was highly marketed. Isnt this something to be followed through by ASIC? I remember last year driving past the registered office of CBTIC and it was one of those residential apartments where any average joe student lives and that was the point where i stopped believing about this deal! This is a gonesky and shareholders will be lucky if they get any positive outcome from this company....
Its going to get interesting with the ongoing 87m investigation!!
