Declaring an exploration target is utterly meaningless without some concrete drilling results to back it up. So far the drill results have been somewhere between poor to terrible or simply not reported at all when compared to the massive 'target' resource.

Anybody could go start up a mining company, buy some old leases with some hint of historical exploration success and declare they have a huge target resource. Means nothing.
