Whichever people view it this is a huge step in the right direction. The MDL has been conditionally approved by the DNRM which is a massive step now for the DEHP and EA. These steps have been worked on since the MDL application and now have to be refined in light of the DNRM approval and a works schedule. Long way to go but WOW not a bad start at all !!!!!!
