Not sure the market quite agrees that this is a material step of substance.
I sure look forward to the day we do have a step of substance. I'm sure it will happen within a year. If people can manage to hold until then that's great. These intermediate announcements are good for info to those wishing to know what's happening but not much help to those waiting for the MDL
