Given the low cash reserves, the lack of news on offtakes and funding, and the share price in the doghouse, this 200% increase in the salary for the chairman looks well out of order. I don't recall seeing him give that many interviews, compared to say 1 or 2 years ago. It hard to see the justification in this.
