I don't think that Haoma have actually worked a mine for a very long time. They do not actually dig ore out of the ground. just look at HAO announcements going back to 1993 https://haoma.com.au/latest-announcements/
Most of their announcements are about a patented extraction process called "Elazac" which they always say can be used to extract commercial quantities of gold from old tailings. Always promising, never delivering. But none of that has anything to do with the value of HAO tenements which may well contains significant Lithium. So I think that this is a great deal for CAI, but only for the Lithium, forget the HAO gold.
