Yrs it’s a start but honestly what does Macto bring to the JV.. A free ride? Macro doesn’t even have employees except managers looking for prospective employees to work on the ground.
and you can bet anything that until they win a contract if they do, they will outsource and/or get someone else to do the work.
Macro will in other words is likely to “clip the ticket”
